SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are despatched within 3 -7 working days post the receipt of the order and depending on availability of the fresh product. Delivery timescales/dates specified on the Site and informed through messages or notification, in any order acknowledgement, acceptance or elsewhere are estimates only. While we endeavor to meet such timescales or dates, we do not undertake to despatch products by a particular date or dates and shall not be liable to you in respect of delays or failure to do so in bulk orders we can Ship Products through Regular Parcel Service.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
